Cutting out : from dividing the master workpiece to cutting out the shapes, roll-to-roll or sequential, digital or mechanical, crush cutting, shearing etc.
Perforation : A range of around 50 customisable motifs available on individual formats or on rolls, in widths of 3 to 1600mm and up to 8mm thick. Two techniques: punch-die and drill press. We can custom-design and prototype your own motif. Leather, foam, textiles, non-textile complex materials
Colouring : Colouring of PVC or PU surfaces, in France, using products that comply fully with regulations. Borlis has its own colorimetry lab and tunnel oven
Adhesive bonding : PU, latex, epoxy, acrylic, neoprene or polyamide adhesives, hot or cold applied: we have the right application system for your project. We offer spraying, dispensing, hotmelt, film transfer, double-sided and thermal bonding. Our calenders accept widths of up to 1200 mm.
Assembling & Shaping : The fact that we make our own shapers means that we can produce any design you require, using welded or stitched assembly to suit your needs.
Welding : High frequency, ultrasound, adhesive tape, watertight seam: we have the solution for welding and assembling your PVC, PU, PA textiles etc.
Automatic stitching : on Brother and Mitsubishi machines, field up to 500x450mm, for individual pieces, roll-to-roll for shaping.
